Common Assessment Standard

Episodic ICCE recognises the Common Assessment Standard as a significant construction supplier pre-qualification, company certification and organisational-assurance reference point. The Standard sets expectations for company identity, financial standing, corporate and professional standing, health and safety, environmental management, quality, building safety, fairness, inclusion and respect, information security, information management, annual evidence maintenance, audit and verified data sharing.

Those expectations are company-level and evidence-led. Common Assessment Standard certification is awarded to an assessed legal company, not to a software system, operating model, module, report, website or evidence suite. ICCE may support an applicant company with controlled operational, labour-chain, counterparty, information-control and audit evidence, but the company remains responsible for its accounts, insurances, policies, approvals, training, competence, implementation evidence and external assessment.

ICCE aligns with those expectations as a Collaborative Procurement-Support Provider for ICCE-routed temporary-labour activity and related evidence governance. It supports authorised applicant-company, procurement, contractor, client, contract-management and assurance stakeholders by preserving controlled evidence relevant to worker route, hours, payroll, payment, counterparty attribution, supply-chain visibility, exceptions, corrections, remediation, information access, release history, external references and audit lineage. ICCE does not complete the Common Assessment Standard question set, issue a certificate, conduct a desktop or site-based assessment, verify company-wide implementation, approve corporate policies, evidence company accounts or insurance, certify building-safety competence, certify cyber governance, act as a Recognised Assessment Body, or pre-qualify construction suppliers.

Episodic maintains a continued alignment commitment by reviewing this statement where the Common Assessment Standard question set, assessment standards, certification rules, recognised assessment-body population, data-sharing rules, evidence-maintenance requirements, public-sector pre-qualification context, UMS-505 procurement-support outputs or ICCE-routed evidence controls are amended, replaced, superseded or materially clarified.
