ISO 44001 Collaborative Business Relationships

Episodic ICCE recognises ISO 44001:2017 - Collaborative business relationship management systems - Requirements and framework, together with ISO 44001:2017/Amd 1:2024, as a significant management-system source for structured collaborative business relationships. The source creates expectations for relationship context, leadership, shared objectives, relationship planning, partner selection, working together, value creation, performance review, issue resolution, audit, management review, corrective action and controlled exit.

Those expectations are practical, behavioural and evidence-led. For ICCE-routed temporary-labour activity, they create a need for reliable records showing the relationship, project, programme, procurement, framework or contract context; the parties and roles involved; the worker and employment route used; the hours, payroll, payment, counterparty, supply-chain, KPI, issue, grievance, remediation, continuity and audit evidence created; and the boundaries between shared labour-chain evidence, collaborative behaviour, legal relationship status, partner selection and external certification.

ICCE aligns with those expectations as a Collaborative Procurement-Support Provider for ICCE-routed temporary-labour activity. It supports authorised buyers, suppliers, contractors, procurement teams, framework providers, contract managers, relationship owners, responsible-procurement functions and auditors by preserving controlled labour-chain evidence relevant to worker route, employment route, hours, payroll, payment, counterparty attribution, supply-chain visibility, contract-selected metrics, issues, disputes, grievances, remediation, continuity, release history and audit lineage. ICCE does not create trust, appoint collaborative leadership, establish shared vision, assess collaborative behaviour, select partners, negotiate relationship agreements, prove mutual benefit, form a legal partnership, conduct ISO audits or provide ISO 44001 certification.

Episodic maintains a continued alignment commitment by reviewing this statement where ISO 44001, Amendment 1:2024, related ISO 44000-series guidance, certification expectations, lifecycle-stage interpretation, the draft second-edition transition position, procurement-support reporting requirements or ICCE-routed evidence controls are amended, replaced, superseded or materially clarified.

Alignment table

Operational awareness, knowledge and internal assessment Domains 9, 10 and 11 - Stage 1 operational awareness, Stage 2 knowledge and Stage 3 internal assessment ICCE provides capability, boundary, implementation-status, labour-chain, worker-outcome, risk, continuity and evidence-gap information supporting external readiness and business-case assessment Capability profile, implementation-status record, labour baseline, evidence-gap register, external business-case reference
