Access ICCE before general release

Stakeholder Access gives relevant organisations a controlled opportunity to see ICCE before wider market release, understand how the system is intended to work for their role and explore whether future participation is commercially, operationally or strategically relevant.

Access is structured around the participant and their reason for engaging. Suitable stakeholders may progress from an introductory discussion into a guided product preview, stakeholder-specific review, controlled diligence and, where there is a credible use case, future pilot, implementation or procurement planning.

Stakeholder access pathway

A controlled route from first preview to future participation.

Stakeholder Access is for organisations that want to understand ICCE more closely before general release. It provides a controlled route to see the current product direction, understand the stakeholder experience relevant to their role and explore what practical participation could look like in their own operating environment.

The process is controlled and staged. The depth of product visibility, documentation and implementation detail depends on the organisation, the purpose of access, the maturity of the current environment and any confidentiality arrangements required.

    Access Context

    We establish who you are, why stakeholder access is relevant and which part of ICCE is most useful to explore. Typical participants include buyers, framework operators, contractors, agencies, funders, insurers, regulators, auditors, advisers and strategic partners with a credible reason to understand ICCE before release.

    Guided ICCE Preview

    Suitable participants receive a guided pre-release view of ICCE. The objective is to experience the product first hand: how relevant users interact with it, what information is surfaced, how engagement activity is represented and how reporting or evidence is presented to different stakeholder types.

    Stakeholder-Specific Review

    The review then concentrates on the participant's own needs. Buyers and framework operators may focus on oversight and reporting; agencies on operating fit; contractors on supply-line governance; funders and insurers on relevant evidence; auditors and advisers on controlled assurance views.

    Compatibility and Readiness

    Where there is a credible use case, ICCE can be considered against the organisation's existing processes, systems, reporting requirements, framework structures and implementation constraints to identify what a future deployment or pilot would need.

    Controlled Materials and Diligence

    If deeper assessment is justified, selected controlled materials may be made available under appropriate confidentiality arrangements. The scope depends on the participant and may support legal, commercial, implementation, funding, insurance, assurance or strategic diligence.

    Pilot or Commercial Opportunity

    Where mutual relevance exists, the discussion can progress toward a future controlled pilot, implementation planning, procurement opportunity, expression of interest, letter of intent or other structured pre-release participation.

    General Release Readiness

    Early-access relationships help establish which organisations may be ready to move quickly when ICCE progresses toward broader availability, without treating early access as a commitment to purchase, deploy or participate.
