Within ICCE, Contractors can manage their own project and supply-line environments or operate within areas delegated by a Buyer. Approved agencies and subcontractors are connected to the relevant project, works package, site or trade, so each route remains visible and each outcome can be traced back to where it came from.
This means Contractors do not have to protect control simply by keeping supplier lists small or repeatedly collecting assurance packs from every supplier. The launch pool will bring together selected organisations committed to improving tax compliance, employment outcomes and responsible procurement while strengthening commercial delivery. ICCE expects early participation to create significant advantage through improved labour access, stronger evidence and reduced supplier-assurance burden.
