Workers
What ICCE provides.
ICCE gives temporary Workers one clear place to understand their work, employment, pay and rights. It provides genuine PAYE employment, transparent payroll and clear payment records, so Workers do not have to piece together important information from agencies, umbrella companies, payroll providers and other intermediaries.

Within ICCE, Workers can complete the information needed to take part, review work opportunities, see upcoming and completed work, check hours and payroll records, and raise questions or concerns through a visible process. Each Worker sees only the information connected to their own employment, work and pay.
Gross pay, tax, National Insurance and deductions are shown clearly, alongside payslips and year-to-date information. Holiday, pension and statutory sick-pay treatment can be understood within the same employment setting. Workers know who is responsible, where to raise a problem and how any correction relates to the original record. ICCE makes temporary work feel like real employment rather than a fragmented payment arrangement.

How this is achieved.
The ICCE Platform creates one connected route from Worker onboarding and work information through employment, payroll and payment. Each stage uses structured information from the stage before it, while the source, outcome and any later correction remain attached to the Worker’s own record.
ICCE Onboarding
ICCE Onboarding gathers and validates the identity, employment and payroll information required for participation. The Worker sees document and action status in one process, and the resulting ICCE Platform identity becomes the attributable foundation for later work and pay records.
Explore capabilityICCE Engagement Controls
ICCE Engagement Controls present work information, record the Worker’s response and preserve communications, approved time information, changes and discrepancies against the relevant engagement. This gives the Worker a clear account of what was offered, what was recorded and how any issue was handled.
Explore capabilityICCE Controlled Employment
ICCE Controlled Employment provides genuine PAYE employment connected to confirmed temporary work. Terms, employment responsibility, holiday pay, pension treatment, statutory sick pay where applicable and employment processes remain available within the same environment.
Explore capabilityICCE Integrated Payroll
ICCE Integrated Payroll converts verified engagement and time information into a reproducible PAYE result. Gross pay, tax, National Insurance, pension treatment, deductions, net pay and year-to-date values remain connected to the work that produced them, making the calculation easier to understand and challenge.
Explore capabilityICCE Trusted Payments
Delivered through the Payment Trust Centre, ICCE Trusted Payments connects the verified payroll result to controlled payment processing and the returned payment status. The Worker therefore receives a connected record of the work, the pay calculated and the payment outcome rather than a payslip that sits apart from the underlying activity.
Explore capabilityEvidence and outcomes.
The ICCE Platform provides each Worker with a personal record of upcoming work, current schedules and completed activity. Onboarding and document status show whether the information required for participation is complete, giving the Worker a clear view of readiness without depending on separate updates from multiple organisations.

Recent hours and pay remain connected, establishing how recorded work relates to the resulting payroll outcome. Gross pay, Income Tax, National Insurance and other deductions are shown separately, allowing the Worker to understand how the amount earned became the amount paid.
Payslips and year-to-date figures provide a continuing payroll record, while holiday, pension and relevant statutory-pay information show the Worker’s wider employment position. This gives rights and pay information one identifiable source rather than leaving important details spread across Agencies, payroll providers and intermediary organisations.
Messages, questions and concerns also remain visible with their status and outcome. The resulting evidence shows what was raised, how it progressed and what resolution followed. Workers therefore receive transparent work and pay records together with an attributable route for correcting discrepancies and addressing employment concerns.
The outcome is simple but important: Workers no longer have to piece together their employment position from different organisations and disconnected records. The ICCE Platform gives them one clear account of the work they accepted, the hours recorded, the pay calculated, the rights attached and the outcome of any concern they raised. That clarity strengthens trust because the Worker sees not only what happened, but how each part of the record relates to the next.

Worker Participation
Workers access the ICCE Platform through a mobile workspace centred on their work, pay, rights and employment information. It gives each Worker one place to manage participation and understand the information connected to their own employment, rather than requiring them to follow separate processes across Agencies, payroll providers and other parties.

Workers complete onboarding requirements, maintain their personal and employment information, and receive, review, accept or decline work opportunities. They view upcoming and completed work, communicate with the relevant Agency, review recorded hours and raise discrepancies where information appears incorrect.
The mobile workspace also provides payroll and year-to-date information, holiday and pension details, sickness and statutory-pay information, and relevant employment documents. Workers raise questions, disputes or grievances through the ICCE Platform and follow their progress, providing a clear route for understanding and resolving matters connected to work, employment or pay.
