Shared Market Truth

As normal engagement and payment activity progresses through the ICCE Component Lifecycle, engagement terms, assignment conditions, working activity, payment instructions, and worker-related social value and ethical procurement supporting evidence datapoints are all added to a single, persistent transaction record. The resulting dataset becomes a shared, permissioned source of transactional market truth from which every authorised party in the chain can work, report and make decisions, providing a common evidential basis for governance, compliance, assurance and commercial decision-making across the temporary labour market.

Authorised Data Distribution

From start to finish more than 1,000 datapoints are captured and evidenced for each transaction. Relevant data is then distributed to authorised stakeholders through role-based access controls, ensuring that each participant receives the information appropriate to its function, permissions and legitimate purpose. This creates a consistent evidential view across workers, agencies, engagers, funders, insurers, framework operators and regulators, reducing reliance on fragmented records, duplicated reporting and independently reconstructed data.

The ICCE System Architecture ensures the integrity of the transaction record through the manner in which its data is created and validated.
